I have caught cold 2 days before.NOw I have it ,but not as severely as 2 days before.NOw should I do weight training or how long should I take a break until I resume my weight training.

NOTE:i am afraid I may lose my shape and muscles!! because of this break.its already been 2 days since I did my W.Training!

I do W.T. for 6 days normally

You can lift, but be careful. You might be a little weaker than normal because of the cold.

Also, you will not lose your muscles or shape in just a few days. It takes a while for muscles to atrophy.

You can do weight training just avoid cardio while you have the cold in your chest.

Weight training should be ok, but just stay away from stuff that you will be breathing too hard on. Take it easy and just waight for ur cold to over with. But just a warning, u might not be a strong as u were wen u were not sick.
