What is a good way to soothe sore muscles?

If your muscle pain comes from overuse, heat relaxes muscles and increases blood flow to speed healing.

A warm compress, bath, or single-use wrap can help. easy exercise using parts of ur body that aren't hurting also will increase circulation and soothe the soreness. If you have an ACTUAL injury, first ice the area for a day or two. This will make swelling and inflammation go down. Then introduce heat to target the pain.

Then treat urself in the tub with a luxurious soak.

soak in a warm bath, use a heating pad, or have someone massage them with a little lotion. all will soothe the muscles.

Soak in a hot bath..put green alcohol on the muscles, use a heating pad..trust me..knock it right on out
