I don't have a lot of time for sleeep tonight.
Answer:
8 hours is the suggested length of a night's sleep for best performance. You can miss out on a few hours one night, however this creates a “sleep debt”. You would then have to sleep longer the next few days to repay the sleep debt.
Operating on a system where you keep accumulating but not repaying a sleep debt causes you to be exhausted, have difficulty concentrating and poor performance during the day.
Answer:
90 minutes equals one cycle of sleep, so 90 minutes
but to not be tired, you should get 2 cycles, which equals 3 hrs
do not make it a habit though, bc its not good for you
Answer:
It honestly depends from person to person, from night to night. I'd state try to get 3 hours, minimum.
Answer:
4 hours is enough
i work in a call center and 4 hours works for me
nothing beats night sleep though
