Ive got this throbbing pain from my wrist to my elbow, its on the outer part of my arm, its not constant but comes every now and then, its a sharp sort of pain. Its not really painful but it does make me sort of go “oooh!” if that helps! lol

Its been going on for a couple of days and kept waking my up in the night due to pain.

Any ideas what it is?

Answer:
Have you fallen or punched someone lately? If so it could be slight bruising or damage that has resulted in the nerves in this area being a tiny sensitive. Could be a strained tendon, or a very slight sprain. There can be many reasons for a pain, too much exercise? Been playing tennis? The possibilitys are nearly endless. If it doesn't go off you might want to ask a physician.

Answer:
look up tennis elbow
