ok so o just got back from china 3 days ago, and right now, im feeling really tired, and last night, when i went to sleep, i woke up in 3 in the morning (i slepted during a party at 4:00PM)soo, any ideas on how to stay awake without using any drugs or bad stuff for your body?

Loud music.

Bright lights.

An interesting movie.

Coffee

Video games.

Usualy works for me. Then again I do this to kill time because of my insomnia. Lol.

lol jk, try to consume a good amount of cafinated drinks. just a tiny more than what your used to consuming. fight to stay up and watch a movie on tv or something so that you stay up later. sleep in as ideal you can and dont over exert yourself or you'll want to go 2 bed 2 early in the day. no exercise or going out, just lounge around for a few days if you can.

you can keep putting your head in a bucket of ice water or you can somehow hang your self upside down
