ok so i was wondering is a person has a been burn badly in the leg and wants to get a surgery is it Reconstructive plastic surgery or Cosmetic surgery
and will my Medicaid cover half of the cost of the surgery
also do u think i could apply for local hospitals that have charities that might sponsor person who have the same problem as i do .

this is a great question.
i am so sorry this happened to you, first of all. that is terrible.
i think it depends how much of your leg was burned, what percentage, and if you have function in that leg.
you should also have a case worker/social worker assigned to your case from your doctor's office that you go to–the doctor who checks your leg.
also. it may depend on how old you are. i would ask your doctor, the burn doc what the protocol is.
Did the doctor ever say anything to you, like–we can repair your leg with skin grafts when the time is right?
