Iv had 10 cans of pop this day, would having one extremely sugar day do anything long term or put you at risk? thanks

Answer:
why are you being such a piggy and drinking that many cans of soda??

You could also eat the whole package of cookies or candy or the whole cake for that matter along with the sodas and it wouldn't put you at risk for diabetes. Foods and drinks don't cause diabetes, either type.

I am sure you had food also so that’s more grams of carbohydrate. Normal people eat around 500 to 1000 grams of carbohydrate in a normal day without thinking of the consequenses.

Diabetics must think of those consequenses. Those on insulins must very carefully count the grams of carbs to inject the proper amount of insulin. Those not on insulins must very carefully count the grams of carb to keep their glucose in tight control with their oral meds or their diet and exercise regime.

Why stress about a thing that isn't at all concerning if you aren't diagnosed with diabetes? It isn't worth it.

But by the same token! Quit tempting the fates to make you diabetic! Most of the time that’s a test of denial and not fun at all.

Answer:
Well you'll probably gain a pound…that is terribly unhealthy

Diabete's wise I think you're fine, but don't make it a habit.

Answer:
