Not from the spit or masterbation itself, but you can get it from any fluids that come out of the vagina or penis, even though you can only get it from those fluids if then enter your body, so in other words you cant get it from touching it…it wont go through your skin, but if it gets in your mouth or nose or penis/vagina or anus or any cuts or scrapes then you could get it.
