I've got the same thing. Next time you go to your doctor, tell them about LacHydrin lotion, and they'll probably get you a perscription. I'm starting to use it, and it works pretty well. It smells like ammonia, though. Another great thing I use is Eucerin Dry Skin Therapy Plus Intensive Repair Body Creme. I've tried a lot of stuff for my kp, and this works the best so far. Before, I was using a Beta-hydroxy acid to help cure my kp, and it didn't work very well. So, this stuff isn't much different but instead of beta its alpha hydroxy. Its got moisturizers, too. AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) works incredibly well in about a weeks time. I doubt this applies to you, but since I'm a guy I have VERY dry elbows that are almost cracked. This works well for that too. Good luck, and if you find a way that works, message it to me, cause id be curious to see what it is.

Go to this site. I have used the soap, scrub and cream and it worked wonders for me. The cream smells like coconut.

Unfortunately there is no cure, but you can make it better by exfoliating with a loofah, Bufpuff, or lightly with a pumis stone. Then use a really good moisturizing lotion. I personally like the hand lotion from Bath and Body Works.
