Why is it bad to exercise after you eat is it because your food will go nuts?
Answer:
I used to think eating right before a workout would help it digest. BUT in fact, the food digesting and putting the extra strain on yourself working out makes food digest slower and your body wont like having to put so much energy into doing both at the same time
