Well i'm 14, 5'4" and like 140lbs. I'm way overweight. How do i lose what my mom calls my baby fat? i mean i kinda have a big butt and i have boobs. Please help. i eat normally and exersice sometimes…..

pick up the exercise. joggin is good if you can, try to start with at least a mile a day. eating is also what makes or breaks teh deal. if you can eat more than three meals but for eachmeal you add, decrease the size of the meals.
when you snack, eat fruits or veggies.

Heres what i did to lose 10 pounds:
5 times a week, i excercised for 2 hours.
I ate 1,500 calories a day 5 days a week, and 1000 the other 2.
Every day I do 100 sit ups and 10 push ups.
Incorporate simple things into your day like using the stairs instead of the escalator. Wear a pedometer. 10,000 steps is what you should strive for.
REMEMBER 3,500 CALORIES BURNED IS 1 POUND SHED.
Keep that in mind. If you burn 500 calories a day for 7 days, and keep a healthy diet, your sure to lose weight.
