Like back in high school 1 year ago a small guy well compared to me he was small. He beat me in arm wresling two times in a row.

My bb press-210

Military press-180

Curl-100

Dealift-250

Overhead-120

Tricep exp-110 of 12

How can a person who cant lift much weights beat someone in arm wresling.I challenged him to a weight training match in which he couldnt even lift 100 lbs.I dont understand how he beat me in arm wresling.

what are some things i can do to beat that person in arm wresling again. That match made people in my school think that i am so weak.Well it was 1 year ago.Atleast i need to prove to him i can take him down. What are my options

Answer:
oh hun u shouldnt have to worry about that, at least u beat him in weight training! its the skill and the position of ur arm you have to focus on, ull be able to do it, it just takes a bit of practise

Answer:
oh man dude, you kill me.. your seem so passionate and determined… you are so concerned and bothered about losing that arm wrestling match…

arm wrestling does not just pertain to physical, strength or how much weights someone can lift, its wrist motion, how to lethrage your shoulder and your wrist, and technique…

dude, the arm wrestling does not reflect that you are weak or that he is stronger, its just technique and a skill set…. it does not mean anything..

give the guy some credit he defeated u in arm wrestling, i am sure you can smoke him in most other things.. you cannot always be the best in everything..

u can try and wrestle him again ( arm wrestle) but don't take it bad if u lose..

Answer:
Watch it on TV. Can learn a lot that way. Tennis is right though, it's not worth it. Also small muscles around the rotator cuff are important. It puts so much stress on the shoulder joints. You might have problems with them when you're 40.
