I often see people asking if their weight is healthy. they say things like I weigh 10 stone or i gained a stone , etc please explain.
Answer:
1 stone = 14lb.
It's an English unit of weight.

A stone is a measurement of weight.
There's 14 lbs to a stone.
Instead of saying 95 lbs in England, we say 6st11
