Gaining muscle isn't always bulky. A well toned thigh is much more sexy than a paper thin one. Biking and dieting. Muscle burns fat and exercise increases your metabolism. You cannot lose weight in one area though so remember that.

You cannot do "targeted weight loss" - when you loose weight you lose it over your entire body. There's no way to say "I want to lose fat in my thighs but not in my boobs" - no matter what you will loose weight all over. (Unless you get liposuction…)

why would you not want to gain muscle… you would be healthyer if you did
