I want a good workout routine for a 14-year-old. I want something that will give me the following:
*A 6-pack (abs, not beer if you're gonna be a smart-***)
*Bigger arms (They don't have to be huge, just bigger)
*Stronger legs
*Anything else that helps gain muscle
I am already:
*A runner, I run for 25 minutes a day
*I have weights, the ones with the disks that you can take off and adjust the weight on, I just don't know effective ways to lift them

go to bodybuilding.com and look around for a list of routines. they have a beginner routine that would be good for you. its good to start at your age, i wish i would have.
