first of all ,i apologize for my poor english skills…i ll try my best to let you know what i wanna ask .

i am living in a homestay in Canada right now, and it really disturbed my lose weight plan..

i ate two pieces of toast in the morning and a cup of milk and a tiny bit ceral(i think ceral will be fine because my homestay stated that this kind of ceral is healty and nobody like it ,so i think it could be low calories stuff,haha) , and also ,one and half (150g) HongKong bbq pork bread .. and one huge apple … for dinner … Mushroom soup with Chicken( a kind of solid Mushroom soup, and the chicken is inside..i dont know how to describe it) … and some mashed potato …. i am worry about how much calories does that mushroom chicken stuff has… i lost 25kg for 3month ,and i dont wanna get that back …so thanks for reading post like this long ,thank you…

I think that you have nothing to worry about.

I doubt anyone has each gained weight by eating chicken soup. It is usually all the bread people eat with the soup that causes a problem. Your salt intake might be higher than is best, but nothing to worrying.

You need to eat more vegetables, but otherwise this sounds alright. Try to cut back on carbs - cereal, toast, potatoes, bread - you don't need all that, and if anything in your current diet is going to make you gain weight, that's it.

nope the food is just a normal day of the food you eaten actually it`s not like ppl who have bulimiaa tend to puke more often tend to go flabby
