.Alas, I'm not familiar with any of those workouts, even though I have a fair sized collection of my own. For someone who needs a not too intense workout, I'd recommend just about any of Denise Austin's workout videos (aerobics and strength training or toning). Turbo Jam (with Chalene Johnson) is also good and can be modified to be less intense, but is a good intermediate workout when you work up to going at your highest intensity.

I also like the various Yoga Booty Ballet workouts but they aren't very intense at all…just different and fun, and some decent toning (nothing extreme).

When you are ready to kick it into a higher gear, I'd suggest Chalean Extreme (with Chalene Johnson) and P90X (with Tony Horton). I'm a fan of both of those workouts and am going through P90X (again) right now myself.

Also consider (if you can) getting out and doing some walking briskly or jogging…for variety in your workout and your workout environment.

Doing the same workout (or couple of workouts) over and over will stop being effective fairly quickly because your body adjusts to what you’re doing. You need more than 1 or 2 workouts to mix it up. Check out youtube for workout videos you can do for free…you'll surely find some you like enough to add to your mix.

Good luck!
