Last year I lost 45 pounds and kept it off till around now. I started running instead of my usual aerobics, and injured myself numerous times resulting in me stopping the exercise to get better, and then i never got back on. I've gained 5-10 pounds back over the past couple of months and want to get it off and more for good. I'm not sure of my weight but i'm somewhere between 210-215 and I'm about 6 feet tall, 20 years old. I'm planning on doing 1 hour of aerobics coupled with a 1500 calorie diet. I was eating fast food nearly each other day, so i'm going to cut that out absolutely as well. You think that would be a good shock to get the ball rollin?
Answer:
I'd state start out with 30 mins. Especially if you're just getting back into it. As far as your caloric intake, IMO you should talk to a nutritionist. Ideal of wishes to you for wanting to get back into shape! ( ^ _ ^ )
