Answer:
research the term shin splints that might be what you’ve.

The pattern for losing weight is not difficult - consume less food and workout more often - the problems surface when we actually try to put that into practice! There are a lot of temptations in the real world aren't there?! The one thing which really showed results for me was green tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials remaining, it has been highlighted in Reader's Digest and CNN. I shed thrity pounds, it really does produce success!

i'm 14 and recently starting jogging to get in shape- i do about 3 to 4 miles a day and my shins injured too :) it's becasue the muscles are being used nad weight is now movign from your upper body to your leg and back when you run. it'll go away in a couple days. just rest if it gets too painful and once home don't use your leg a lot- sit back and wait a while.

don't forget to stay hydrated!

Answer:
3 miles is a lot if your not used to it. if you start at one mile and slowly work your way up your body will get used to it.
you also need to know the difference between pain and sore.if your sore that is fine. just move on.
if its pain you should listen to your body and stop.
