Walking will help with weight loss but won't give you fast results. If you want to lose weight, i would advocate power walking, jogging, or running.

yes it is cuz it helps ur body and u lose weight so if u do this each day then u have no problem but u shouldn't walk a day then skip a day then go on like that that wont help so walk, run, jog, or speed walk everyday to lose weight
