i heard a few different places that milk and most other dairy products get rid of fat in the core. is this true? and what’s a great ab workout to really tone up and strengthen the core?

Answer:
those dairy products have a good source of protein that will help. just work out your abs 2 or 3 times a week. do crunches, sit ups, reverse crunches. Also running helps to burn off fat, because u can do all the ab work outs in the world but they won't work unless u burn the fat that’s covering over them.

Answer:
Yogurt with probiotics (such as DanActive) have special biotic cultures that help with losing weight, regulating the digestive system, and keeping you not feeling so hungry all the time.

I haven't heard of anything else in the dairy market, unless it says that it has specific probiotic cultures.

Answer:
I never heard of “spot reducing” being proved correct. Ever.
The greatest way to loose any weight is to eat More times a day, but make the portions much Smaller. This will boost metabolism.
As far as the workouts go, you are going to have to fine tune your own because nobody knows what your experience level is, or how strong you’re right now.
Do not forget to drink more water.

Answer:
I know what you're talking about. There's a commerical for dairy foods that state if you eat 3-5 servings a day you'll lose more weight than by not eating these. I'm not sure if I buy into it, coz let's face it most dairy is fattening.

Answer:
There are no miracle foods sweety. Milk is a necessary food for proper nutrition, but it won't burn fat faster. That comes from in taking fewer calorie than you burn.
