I know 122.1 is healthy for my height, but I'm a perfectionist, I really want to loose 10 pounds to have my body be PERFECT. So how do I do it? All my life I've eaten anything I want, and tons of it. How long will it take me to loose the weight? & could you include what a good daily work-out would be / diet would be? Thanks!

calculate points or to purchase special meals or plans. For exercising,
begin with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you might have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

I am curently on a diet my self and i lost 23 lbs since Jan 20 until this day March 11.
I cut out all the bad things out of my diet that i felt are holding me back:
- sweets
-bread
-pasta
-rise
-pop
-juice ( too much sugar in store brand) make ur own freshly squeezed
at home
**** i stopped eating after 8 pm
**** eat 3 main meals
**** snack inbetween ( fruits, yougurt, powerbar)
****drink a lot of freshly squeezed lemon juice with warm water
****ALOT OF WATER!!
it might sound like a lot of work but its really not
fisrt couple days are a lil hard but your body adjusts to it in no time remember its all about will power

you should eat breakfast see where that’ll you lead..drink plenty of water!! do 30 mins muslce/cardo workouts 3 times a week or more!! it will def help and you’ll see improvements in no time. try to stay from sweets and you can still eat whatever you want just in moderation. but don’t starve youself..it will do a lot of damage and will cause you to store more fat. good luck

I started running. only a mile to begin with, now i only do 2 miles every other day and im loosing on average 1 to 2 pound a week. So in 2 months you’ll be there.
