It's really my mind saying ow this burns rather than my legs not having strength. Because i feel that my legs can still go more but than in my mind it ruins it because im like omg this hurts so bad! lol. Anyway i can continue my sqauts without stopping? Thanks so much.

i do the same thing! once it hurts i think constantly about wanting to cease and that makes it so much harder to keep going. What usually works for me is keep challenging yourself to just go a few more. Instead of thinking about how much it hurts say to yourself “ok ill just do 5 more” and then “i'll just do 10 more”. Eventually you’ll build up more resistance so you'll find it will be easier to do more without it hurting. So just force yourself to push through the pain even if it's only for 5-10 more

How many do you do? I usually do three sets of 12. It helps me to focus on the counting of going down and holding the position and then counting when coming back up. Make up your own counting pattern, you’ll be more focused on not messing up on your counting it might take away from the feel of the burn. Good luck!

Push a little harder every time NO MATTER WHAT!!!! and hopefully you will build up more tolerance to the pain.

do them in sets with 30 seconds between each set so you’ve a small recovery you should be able to do more that way
