Can I lose 3 to 4 inches off EVERYTHING by October 23rd? If I have the ability to, PLEASE tell me how!!!!!!!!!! I’m fed up with strength exercises. I’ve a lot of muscle underneath a layer of fat. What do i need to do? Just burn off more calories than I eat?

Here are some things that I want to do:

Eat only a piece of fruit for lunch and take a walk after, and not eat breakfast. I will eat a normal dinner, just a little bit less than normal. Then I will go for a walk after that to make sure I burn more than I ate. Will that get me to lose 3 to 4 inches by october 23rd?

I’m not going to jog, and no diet pills. Can I do it?

Answer:
This is impossible.

Face the facts:

1. If you’re lazy you WILL NOT lose any weight

2. Also, 3-4 inches is equivalent to around ~ 20 pounds. You will not lose more than 5-10 lbs before the 23rd.

3. You should ALWAYS eat breakfast it boosts your metabolism after sleep (it slows at night) then you’re meals should get smaller towards (and including) dinner. Walking burns a very few amount of calories compared to those cardio activities which get your heart rate up.

The bottom line is you’ll not lose weight if you are lazy. And I really don’t see your planned regime to be very successful for even 2 pounds. Sorry, you need to get motivated.

Answer:
No, don't try that!!! You need to exercise and eat good. It doesn't do you any good to starve your self! Also, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you'll stop your metablsim and anytime you don't exercise, you'll gain weight.

Answer:
breakfast is an important meal, eating breakfast starts off your metabolism, there for by skipping breakfast you gain more weight.
