You shouldn't do it because it's unhealthy, like most people have stated. You'll only hurt yourself.
There are people who do it for religious beliefs.
And it hurts to fast, mine was accidental. I had forgot to eat and I just put it off. Fasting should not be used to lose weight, it'll give you the opposite result once you eat something after fasting because it will store that making you gain faster.
Ideal way to lose weight would be to eat at least 6 small meals a day and exercise. Drink lots of water, that's good for you. ;]

Only for blood work, over 12 hours before hand no food at all a “sip” of water was the most I could have during it once in a while. So it would be like 7 or so pm last time I do either get up go to school and either have it at 11:45am or 4ish so I'd be sickish falling asleep in school.

yes, i have fasted before….. i do it two months a year…. i feel great during that….. i fast to clean my body from the toxics of regular life such as fastfood sweets, etc..i absouloutly lose weight…my routine while fasting is to cease eating before the sun rises and stay with out food till dawn then eat a healthy meal that includes lots of vegetebles and fruits and low in fat and sweets, i excersise for an hour after that ….. the most important thingis to drink lots of water and take vitamin supplements…by the way if u have any health issues such as heart conditions or diabities, ASK UR DOCTOR about fasting….. one more thing… while fasting u feel very hungry in the morning and when u r infront the food u dont want to eat because u feel full…A FUNNY FEELING
3 hours before going to bed u should eat a light meal not very heavy so u can’t feel hungry the next day

I tried fasting before when I was stupid. I only went a day where it made me sick spending a whole night near the toilet. DON'T FAST! When you do, your body goes to starvation mode (meaning when you try to eat after you fast, your body will try storing the food as fat instead of burning it off.)
I would never do it again. I got muscle and am in tone. I don't want to loose that.

honestly its not good for you.
cuz your gonna end up eating after that and your body is going to take those carbs in as fat becuz its unsure of when its going to get its next meal.
and its only going to make you more massive.
so just eat healthy and it should help
