i bought these pills (six star professional strength creatine) i also got body fortress 100 %pure creatine) and i was wondering how long do i have to wait between creatine intakes to know which one im not just pissing creatine out and which one should i take first and how many times a day for extreme results with workouts

Studies have shown that 10 grams per day and 2 grams per day have the same effect. Creatine has to reach a certain level in the muscles to be effective so there’s a loading period where higher amounts are needed. after the “load” period drop back to 2 grams per day. Any more isn’t helping any more.
