i am 5'3 exactly and about 130-135 or somewhere around there. i am just curious i dont think im fat i used to be like horridly obsessed with my weight and now it doesnt bother me that much. but if i were to lose a few pounds how would i do exactly without being un healthy?

If you wanna lose weight drink lots of water, about 6 glasses a day and do 30-40 minutes of cardio a day, like running, jump roping, swimming, biking, rollerblading, basically anything that gets you really sweating.

No offense, but your definitely not underweight but you are also not overweight. You might be a tiny bit bigger than the average person but it's the inside that counts, not the outside! Just walk for 30 minutes everyday and eat a healthy diet, like fruits vegetables, etc.. I'm not a health expert but you should know what is healthy and what’s not.

a skinny healthy weight at your height is about 115. you’re at a good weight. but remember, everyone body looks different at different weight. and muscle weighs more than fat. so you could be 150 lbs but be super ripp nad still look good.

You are a tiny overweight. Not obese. Probably just chubby. You should be more around 115 lbs. at your height but it does depend a lot on your built. To lose weight, you need to exercise by doing sit ups, squats, crunches, and push ups. Jog and bike atleast two miles each other day. AND NO JUNK FOOD!!!! Eat lots of salads and fish and drink lots of water. Lots of veggies and fruits. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF, JUST EAT HEALTHY THAT'S ALL! A bowl of Special K and a banana are a great way to begin the day. Have a salad with fruit for lunch. For dinner, have some meat but nothing too fatty like a Large Mac (try fish even if you don't care about it, it's very healthy!) with another salad, some pasta, and some more fruit. Snack on yougurts, more fruits, etc… They make TONS of healthy snacks nowadays too. Lean Cuisine makes healthy dinners to lose weight. Consult a nutriounist if you can afford it and join a gym and have a personal trainer set up an exercise regime for you! Set a goal. I think 115 would be very ideal. Not too skinny. That's about 15-20 lbs. to lose, that's not impossible! GOOD LUCK! REMEMBER, THAT THE LONGER THAT YOU DON'T DO SOMETHING NOW, THE BIGGER YOUR CHANCE THAT YOU WILL BE TRULY FAT IN A FEW YEARS WHICH IS BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH AS WELL AS YOUR SELF-IMAGE!!!!!
