HELP! teen weight loss?

Ok i'm going to cancun on aug. 8 and now starting the south beach diet and swiming and hour a day, doing as much tae bo as i can (like 20 min a day) , and slim in 6 (40 min a day), and for fun i'm doing dance dance revelation, and well just trying to stay active all day . Im 16 weight 175 pounds and i want to know how much weight i can lose before my trip??

honey, eat 5 small meals a day, sleep on your back, exersice for about an hour a day, and youll lose a loottt of weight ( i mean youll look wayy skinnier) and avoid sweets and really high carbs!!!

youll probably lose like 20 lbs min
