I don't want to use supplements or take any kind of meds. Or what food can I eat

eat a lot of healthy food. i used to work with a guy who is vegetarian and eats only healthy vegetables from organic markets…however, he weighs over 300 lbs. i guess it's not what you eat…it's how much.

that depends on how you want to gain the weight. If you want to gain it in fat (which is hard to get rid of) eat more. but if you want to gain it in muscle (which will be less volume and is easier to shed) you need to do some weight training.

that doesn't mean you’ve to eat empty calories, though.
