Hello.

I want to say that I keep a very active livestyle. I work out every day, for about 2-4 hours.

I'm addicted to fast food and junk food though. Some of my favorites are the 10 Piece chicken nugget meal at mc donalds, Sun Chips, Reeses and French Fries. I try to eat 3 meals a day, althought I usually skip breakfast. I find myself snacking during the day a lot as well. IT's not as if I eat junk food all of the time though. Usually after cheerleading conditioning or the gym, which I go to in the morning, I'll want to stop and pick up something from a fast food place. My mom cooks healthy food usually for dinner. Thank god for her! I think about myself to have a perfect body. I’ve abs, nice tones legs and arms, and a huge, but tightly toned butt. I have the ability to not help my eating styles, so I usually work out that much to balance it out.

In the long run, what am I doing to my body?

Answer:
well, it sounds like you are active enough to counter all the calories. But, it's not just the calories, as it is what kind of calories. The bad part is all the fried food. McDs is trying (or maybe has) gotten away from using trans fats, which are awful. So, all the fried stuff is bad for cholesterol, blood pressure, etc. So, maybe every other time st McD's, get a grilled chicken sandwich, no mayo, no fries and that’ll help.

Answer:
Well it is okay to occasionally eat fast food, but you do not want to overconsume it. Try to make healthy choices most of the time and you will be okay. The thing is there’s so much bad for you fat in fast food and you don't want to eat too much of that because it accumulates in the arteries over time. For you health you should not consume too much.

Answer:
Think of what would happen after you stop working out

Oh and try to cut out junk food for a few days and replace it with superior tasting good food like fruits and whole grains.

You wont miss the junk food once you eat actual food.

Answer:
1. Eat breakfast - this is probably how you'll stop snacking throughout the day.

2. Stop eating junk food/fast food…at least not so often.

Answer:
