1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, turkey bacon, low-cal english muffin with 1 tbsp yogurt spread (brummel & brown), maybe 1/2 of a grapefruit (plain) and skim milk or coffee. All of that comes in around just 450 calories and less than 20g fat, but is packed with protein and nutrients… why I eat it!! ![]()

I'm usually not hungry in the morning, but I force myself to eat most of the time. My favorite breakfast is way too fattening: eggs, sausage, and toast. If I ate that, I'd feel like a rock was in my stomach all day. So, I normally eat yogurt or a piece of toast.
