This probably isnt the kind of weight issue you thought it would be when you clicked on the question… I am not fat i'm the opposite. I’m not that tall but I do lots of sports and exercise, I’ve a weight lifting plan which is 5 days per week one major body part per day (I havnt been doing this for the last few weeks we’re in the process of moving so I dont have myu bowflex but im still lifting free weights) For sports I do MMA and for school I take basketball and sometimes volleyvball. I sometimes go for jogs a few miles long maybe 2 times a week. I take some whey protien stuff and make a shake every day (its pretty disgusting) and I eat a lot of food but I just dont understand.. I cant gain weight! ill eat like a pig (by the way I eat very very healthy food from all food groups) then I’ll go and weigh myself and ill be a few pounds more towards night. I’ll then do my exercises and go to sleep.. guess what I wake up in the morning and I weigh exactly the same as I did the day

You’re a teenage boy and your metabolism is through the roof! And that is perfectly normal. You are starting to develop, but you still have a lot of growing to do. Over the next four years, you’ll notice a tremendous change in your muscle development. But it's your hormones that play a big part in that, and it takes time. Your exercise routine is fine. You are combining weight training with cardio, and that's the perfect duo. However, the primary way to develop muscle tissue is by eating protein. There’s no other way around it. It isn't just “calories” that’ll build up your muscle, it's protein. So eat plenty of fish, lean poultry, lean beef (keep red meat to a minimum), eggs, beans, and nuts. Eating veggies gives you vitamins, eating breads and fruits will give you energy, but meat, eggs, beans, and nuts will give you amino acids. And you can't build muscle without them.

Lol, your only maintaining, and for that matter burn enough calories not to gain fat, but for the most part you'll need more weight lifting for more muscle weight…
Answer:
How much cardio do you do? Too much cardio will burn off calories you need to bulk up. Try cutting down on that. Another thing I used to do is mix a scoop of ice cream or some peanut butter in your protein shakes. The more calories the better, dont go nuts and eat everything, but someone like you with a high metabolism needs more calories than the average person. Keep lifting low reps high weight, cut back on cardio for a while, or try shorter more high intensity cardio like sprints, and take a shake or two a day.
