Hi, i always heard that taebo is a great cardio workout and is really fun.
I also heard people get very toned with this workout. Where does taebo tone? Can u plz tell me all of the specefic places it tones? Thx a lot! ![]()

In my PE classes, we did Taebo when it was raining, or other stuff like that.
During the first 30 minutes, everyone (who was doing 'em correctly) broke into a sweat. and we’d another hour and a half of class left. so you could guess how much the room stank.
but anyways, taebo is a very helpful program if you want to get in shape. the workout helps tone every part of your body- from your abs, arms, legs, and everywhere in between. i think there's different dvd programs that'll workout a specific part of your body, and there's also a dvd program that can workout every single muscle.
