My friend has this diet where he eats tuna and only tuna for weeks at a time, takes 2-3 days off and eats what he wants then goes back on the tuna diet….it works great for him but he has a problem keeping up with it. I wouldnt have that problem yet i DONT eat tuna! Any other food similar that you could do that with? I'm just looking to shed pounds and get back into shape, im not fat or anything, just wanna lose 15-25 pounds! Thanks!

It's really really hard to diet, I've went up and down, and up and down with it. Now I just work with what I like. Since you arent trying to lose a lot of weight, just try changing the foods you already eat. Like instead of eating greasy potato chips, pick up some baked ones, or try the quaker rice chip things (not the cakes)… they’re actually pretty good and lower in fat with a satisfying portion size. Watch what portions of food you eat. You probably never really noticed, but people actually eat about 2 and half individual servings of most foods at one sitting. so begin reading your packages and buy some measuring cups. Incorporate more vegatables and fruits into your diet to make up for the loss you feel from having smaller portions. Try more white meat than red, fish is good too (and it doesnt have to be tuna). another thing is to do a basic workout ( crunches, situps, jogging, dancing, whatever gets you moving and your heartrate up a little) for about twenty minutes a day, preferably in the morning to kick up your metabolism. Eat a filling breakfast bc it really does help you eat less during the day bc you’re full and get energy from it throughout the day to curb hunger until lunchtime. Try more whole wheat (if youre a white bread fan, theres a white wheat bread out there thats really good). substitute mustard for mayo. And dont be afraid of trying new stuff and preparing stuff in new ways instead of frying everything. Or to allow yourself a free meal once a week where you can eat a greasy gluttonous meal… but only once a week. It keeps you from slipping by not making you feel chained down to the diet. And dont think of it as a diet. That’s such a scary word that implies hard work.
Answer:
healthy choice meals are pretty good. most of them are 300 calories. if you eat that with a diet soda, piece of fruit and a small salad, you are probably under 500 calories…. air popped popcorn with no oil or butter on it is low calorie too
Answer:
dont diet!fad diets are stupid…they never provide permanent weight loss…whats the use of losing weight to gain it back later?silly!just portion control and calorie shift your food intake…do cardio and toning exercises 6 days a week too…god bless u
