Do you think I can lose 40lbs before November 3rd. This is when basketball starts, and want to be in shape.
I’ve been eat heathier, shotting for 2 hrs a day, swimming 2hr twice a day, playing 3 on 3 3 times a week, and running 2 miles a day
Do you think I have the ability to make my goal, and do you’ve any advice

if you’re set your heart on it you will but you must have a strong will power and determinations and never ever give in. try has hard as you can, focus and the achievement will be a hard road to success, but its worth it, i am like you want to aim for a goal and i did, in 29 years it has taken me to lose weight i used to be 18 stone and now i am 12 stone i am still on a diet but learnt to eat the right foods and eat sensibly, thanks to my doctors dietitan and family to back me up all the way.i dont like swimming so i walk and skipping is marvellous and so is the rowing machine,never be a quitter you have this throught in your mind when you walk and state it out loud i am not a quitter i will win no matter what i do. good luck.

only if you do this with dilligentce and do not just starve yourself, because your body wil then just eat off your storage facilities. Do not purge yourself before nor after you excersice,but if you’re going to eat protein or anything I would do it right after you exersice…because your body is burning the most energy (carbs and fats) at that time. and DO NOT EAT at least one hour before yo go to bed

Well with that much excersive mabye but I would recommed you still eat fruit and veggies other wish you will have no energy to burn and no calories get burnet off as much
