I just want to know if it healthy to go excerise in the morning like at 5:30, for an hour jog, then head home and go back to sleep again. I'm sorry if it sound weird to you, but that the only time that the sun is not up and the park is empty…

It's fine. Exercise is exercise, regardless of the time of day or whether you go back to sleep or not. Congratulations for exercising. You’re part of an elite minority. Fewer than 20% of americans get regular exercise. Keep doing it. Some fitness experts recommend working out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Some swear by it. Some don't think it is a good idea….but I think that if it works for you, keep doing it. I used to be really really heavy and I would only work out early in the mornings outside because I was so humiliated. Don't quit. I would only suggest that you take a multivitamin every day and drink plenty of water. Good question!!

No, that's bad. You should eat something simple before you exercise.
Spaghetti's are the ideal for your case, in my opinion. And you'd have to take something afterwards, something like cereals and maybe if you still can, then go to bed.
I've never really done this, so I can't tell. But I usually go with Pasta and then some energizer bar or whatever.

i dont see how you are falling back asleep after your run? usually right before bed, exercise gets ur body going and will actually keep you up. But if its already 5:30..youll be getting up in a couple hours anyways.. your body will be fine. Your body can go without food for like 10 days..now water, is a different story. If you feel hungry when u get home from ur run, grab a glass of orange juice or something. it keeps ur immune systems up and running and is a small filler.

I know you need to have something in your stomach. A Bowl of fiber cereal, a piece of fruit. Don't forget the water. There’s nothing wrong with the time, nor the reason why you feel the need to jog so early. But, you do need to eat.

Yes I do that all the time. I know most say eat something small before you workout, but I can't. I've never had a problem and I still have lost a ton of weight. Also, there’s no bad time to workout as long as you do!
