If you’re 5″9 and only 110 pounds you’re very skinny, and you can't just eat to get a six pack. At your weight you need some real deal abs training. I advocate bicycle crunches, the most effective exercise for obliques and abs. Try to look them up, and you need to be eating lots of protien with your routine, fish, chicken, turkey, beef - all great sources of protien. Or if your vegetarian beans have probably the most protien you can get.

dude you cant get a six pack in 2 months! well at least i dont think? my friend is 15 years old and around 5'10 and he has beeen playing football since he was small .thats the only reason he has a pack.He lifts weights and practices a lot. my recommendation is to join a sport.
