PLEASE HELP NO MEAN COMMENTS

Answer:
No you are not fat. Maybe you would just want to tone up instead. Lots of ways to do that: swimming laps, walking, lifting weights, bicycling, etc. Find something fun to do that you’ll stay with and do it. That way you will tone up while having fun at the same time.

Answer:
You do not need to lose any weight. In fact, you’re slightly underweight.

If you want to exercise and tone up, you could do that, but you totally don't need to lose any weight.

Answer:
Okay well it depends more on your body structure. Some people are built differently than others. If your 5'8, which is pretty tall, and weigh 121 lbs than I would say your perfect, but I can't really state anything since I don't know how you look.

Answer:
121 lbs at 5'8″ is a tiny close to underweight. If you feel flabby, you need to focus on exercise. Regular exercise will tone your muscles and give you a leaner look. Dieting could be disastrous to your health.

Answer:
im 5'9 and 145 and I am not fat, im toned, and i love my body, you should really gain some self confidence, you dont need to lose weight

Answer:
you are actualy underweight. A physician would tell you to gain a few pounds.

Answer:
No, you are really skinny. A few pounds under that would be unhealthy. You probably just need to start lifting weights to get toned and replace any flab. =]

Answer:

Answer:
You’re underweight, you need to gain weight not lose it.
