i usually eat at around 11

my diet is:

a bowl of cheerios at 11,3,5

if i get hungry again during those times i usually have a glass of soy milk

i do some cardio every other day and squats, crunches, pushups, etc. each day

will this be effective in losing weight, if not could you tell me what will?

thanks.

Answer:
You’ll for sure lose weight but not i a healthy way. A good way to start your day is drink 16 oz of water before you eat anything. Then your body thinks you’re full and needs to begin burning those calories. That speeds up your metabolism. And then you should always eat at least 500 calories for breakfast cause then you wont be hungry for most of the day and you have the rest of the day to burn the calories. :)

Answer:
No offense, but that’s the craziest thing I ever heard!!! Living off cheerios and soy milk is extremely unhealthy!!! If you really want to go on a diet you could try eating lean meats and veggies. For example, in the morning you could have a low fat yogurt (try weightwatchers, they’re great!) and a piece of fruit. For lunch you could have tuna salad with lowfat mayo on whole wheat bread. For dinner you could have a small grilled chicken breast with grilled veggies! YUM YUM YUM!!! For snacks, (if you’ve a sweet tooth like me), you could do the 100 calorie packs or veggies sticks.

The exercise routine is great, incorporating some walking/running would really help too!

Answer:
You dont have to keep track of what you eat or when. Only eat when you’re hungry, only eat what you like. Being a vegetarian would be a good idea. You could eat small meals and you’ll not be as hungry and will get used to it.

Answer:
Yep if you honestly do those exercises everyday, then the diet is effective. Though, you should be eating fruits and veggies in that diet.

Answer:
lol you cant just eat cheerios and live.

You need to eat more to go along with all your working out.

Answer:
the workout seems fine but ur nutrition is horible u need to eat more than just cheerios a day
