I'm 15 and I have small pec muscles so my ribs and sternum show slightly on my skin. I don't want to have that.
What can I do to build muscle in the entire rib area without weights?
Answer:
push ups and different variations,
-hands on floor feet on a chair
-one hand up on a block other hand on floor, then switch
-hands close together
-hands far apart
50 of each each two days, you'll have a 60 inch chest in no time. p.s. stick to movement where you PUSH

Pushups and pullups both target your chest to different degrees. However, a weight program is much more efficient.

you can build them out of fiber glass… but i have heard of some people using wood
