dont make in front of me but i am 5 '6 and my weight is about 185 and im 14 years old

i really want to go on a diet soo i run about a half a mile each day do about 30 situps and 60 jumping jacks for the past week…also i eat healthy…do you think i will be able to loose 20 or more pounds in 2 months ??? honestly

try intervals. go to the track and run the straights, walk the curves. i heard that when you do intervals, its more effective than running/jogging at a constant speed.

also consistency is the key. easy to say but very difficult to do. believe me, i tried. i can be consistent for two weeks then kinda slack off. but i do get back after a number of days.

about losing 20 lbs, sorry…it really depends on you and your body type. some people are just muscular, they can't lose weight easily. so i realy don't know about that but keep trying.

How swiftly you loose the weight depends on your metabolism. I hate to state it but no one could really answer that question, I am older so loosing weight was hard for me, it took extreme dieting lots of vitamins and plenty of exercise, I went from a size 12 to a size 2 in around three months, but I have always had a fast metabolism. I do know your off to a really great begin, one tip I have the ability to give you is always carry a type of fruit or vegetable to munch on between meals, my favorite is cherries or baby carrots, whenever I would get hungry between meals, I would munch on them. It will take more exercise than that. A 1/2 mi run should take less than 8 minutes, at a jog. 60 jumping jacks, 2 minutes tops. 10 minutes of cardio is not nearly enough. 20-30 minutes at a time at least to be worth anything. Situps aren't worth doing without a total weightlifting/body tone rountine.

At least 3 30 minute cardio workouts a week

At least 2 30 minute toning workouts a week
