Answer:
I would say that you're wasting your $ more than anything…you're peeing out any extra stuff.
Most multivitamins include plenty of Vitamin A (at least 50%) and the B vitamins. Look at the label and make sure you're not taking too much vitamin B.
Fish oil is most likely not found in your multivitamin. I don't know enough about this to comment intelligently.
Vitamin A can have side effects including headaches when too much is taken, but that number is like 15,000 IU (which it's somewhat unlikely you're taking…rda is 5000.
B vitamins can also have side effects if taken in VERY huge doses. Some of these include headaches. Again it's unlikely you're taking enough to cause this unless your food also contains high levels
I'd stick with the calcium chew only if you're not getting enough calcium in your diet. This is one vitamin that's not found in high levels in most multivitamins (since the molecules are so large)
I don't know what's in metamucil but compare the label to your mlutivitamin so you're not doubling up on your vitamins.
One final note is that I think the nutrients in vitamins are harder for your body to absorb than what you get from food so make sure you're not trying to use all of these vitamins to make up for what's lacking in your diet. Your first choice should be getting your vitamins in your diet, and a multivitamin can be your backup.
Answer:
The array of vitamins that you take are fine, and you could probably add some too. Vitamins are a nutritional solution in an empty-calorie world, and slow down aging and keep ourselves from oxidizing, which keeps us healthier. The thing that you’ve to pay attention to is dosage. A huge dosage of certain nutrients can be toxic. The ideal bet is join Life-Extension. They’re the premier vitamin company, and their sales agents can educate you about nutritional options. Last but not least, headaches can be caused by so many things. Everything from a bad neck, to toxins in the body, that might be best checked out by someone who practices integrative medicine. Hope this helps.
Answer:
Never take vitamin supplements without talking to your physician first.
She may want to check your levels of these vitamins in your body first before you take the supplements. In some cases, too much of a vitamin can lead to toxicity.
For example, Vitamin A toxicity symptoms include headache, fatigue, muscle and joint pain, and even chapped lips. An “overdose” of vitamin A won't kill you, but it certainly is not good for you.

This webpage is a great resource to find what might be your suggested amount of these vitamins per day. Take this information with a grain of salt, however, as these amounts may not be right for you. Again, see your doctor before ever starting a vitamin regimen!
Answer:
#1- Unless you are over 60 or have constipation problems, ditch the Metamucil.
#2- Unless you're an Asian woman over 40 or lactose-intolerant, ditch the calcium chews and just drink milk daily.
#3- A high-quality multivitamin will give you sufficient supplies of A and B complex, so you shouldn't need all three.
Fish oil is awesome, so keep that.

Answer:
Too much of anything is bad for you…even vitamins. If you are taking a good multi-vitamin then you really don't need the vitamin A, vitamin B complex or calcium chew. The headaches could be your body's way of telling you that you’re overdosing.
