my goal is eat ehalthy to lose weight so i want to see my abs
breakfast either bowl of kashi go lean with 1 percent milk
or yogurt smoothie and fruit
lunch is salad with no dressing but parmesean cheese or tiny vinagrette
snack is peanutbutter ( not alot) with celery or apple
dinner lean meat, veggie and a side carb not a lot
snack- salad or veggie or nuts

Yes I actually ate like that (sounds like the Abs Diet) lost 20 pounds in about 6 weeks and can see my abs. Plus I have never gained it back and that was 3 years ago.

that sounds healthy to me. this site lets you enter everything you ate and it shows you where you’re compared to the RDA of calories, fat, vitamins, and carbs. It also shows several graphs about where you’re in terms of balanced proteins, carb intake, and overall health of the combination of food you're eating. It's been illuminating for me to see how I'm dong on a daily basis.

It sounds pretty good. You could get away with some light dressing on your salad, and might be a slice of bread. Its going to get tough to keep this up, but its ok to indulge yourself each once and a while. just have a piece of chocolate, or a cookie, or something once a week to keep yourself balanced and happy.

Just make sure the peanut butter you eat doesn't exceed 2 tablespoons - that packs 200 calories in itself.
Now add exercise and you're on a great track.

Sounds good but try to changei up once in a while or you’ll get bored w/ it and end up going off the diet quicker and binging.
