im 15 year old girl and i feel that i need ot lose weight i am 13 stone and ashamed of it i have tried weight lose tablet but apparently they can stop you getitng pregnant and mess up your period any tips on the tablets or do you know any diet routines i can do! im sick of beeing bullied

Don't take any medications that arent recomended by your physician…they can really mess you up in the long run
Drink lots of water (at least 8/8oz bottles a day).
Stay away from salt and sugar
Also don't drink soda or eat fast food (very important)
Eat 4 or 5 SMALL meals a day or 3 small meals and some healthy snacks.
eat lots of fiber (whole grains,broccoli, cereal, etc.)
Do crunches (upper abs, lower abs, and sides)
run/jog/walk(1 hour a day)

Don't have heavy dinner. Don't sleep after eating. Get up early in the morning and walk fast for at least 20 minutes around the house. Eat more fruit and vege: instead of meat. Don't eat too much snack and ready made food and steak. Don't eat the foods containing too much oil. That will help apparently help you in losing weight.
