If I do cardio running and weight lifting for 2 months during the summer, will I b able to see the results? Will it b a huge difference or.. no?
(im 16: 5'8 and 144lbs.)

depends what you want to see, but there should be a difference. doing weights will make your muscles larger, whatever happens, and cardio should keep your fat down. if you do both, and eat well, you should look larger and leaner. but you must eat well

Yes.definitely you’ll see results. Just make sure that you eat some proteins to restore your muscles when you weight lifting. Also dont eat a lot of fatty foods,nor drink soda or juice.
