If I'm planning to run as cardio exercise… should i do so each day or every other day?

Also, how long should i run for? (I plan to run on a treadmill but I could run on a track as well. Which one is superior? The Treadmill has a “cardio” option where it changes elevation and speed etc. according to the pre-set thing.)

Lastly, if i'm supposed to do this running each day but my legs r sore from the running the previous day, should I take the day off OR should i “run it off” ?

Answer:
Runing each day isn't really that bad. But having a regular workout is essential. You also have to make sure that you rest so that you don't damage your knees/cartilage…etc. so you better rest if your legs are sore or they’re giving y ou problems. Treadmill running vs. Track vs. Pavement vs. Hills…etc. are all different due to the impact it has on your body. Make sure that you try what suits you. Answer:
you might do only 4 or 5 days a week..split it into 2 sessions of 20 minutes and do some toning exercises in between those 2 sessions for maximum results…

Answer:
