Okay, so I'm 18 and I'm wanting to drop about 40 pounds or so. I am 5'5 and I weigh 183 pounds. I have a large chest and butt, toned calves, kinda big thighs, and mostly a flabby stomach, and sides, and have back roll forming. I can diet to an extent but I can't go out and buy special health food or anything like that. I also only have about an hour or so a day to excersize. Joining a gym is nearly impossible for me because I'm on a budget. I do have a Gazzelle though. So I'm just needing some advice.

Start walking! Walk at least every other day up to 5 days a week. At first if you get pooped out after 10 minutes, fine. Just keep doing it. After a week you'll be able to do 15 minutes each time. Keep adding minutes as you get used to walking and work up to walking 4 miles in 1 hour - that's a nice brisk pace. Bet you can do it in a month! Walking will burn fat but you'll really speed things up if you really eat healthy. Focus on eating fruits & veggies, lean meat fish and poultry (not fried stuff!), whole grains (avoid anything white!). Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. Watch the lbs melt! If you get the munchies, eat protein. It will fill you up and cut the cravings. A realistic goal would be to lose no more than 1 or 2 lbs a week overall (you'll lose more at first, then it will slow down, but that's normal) so you could hit your goal before Christmas! Keep in mind, after you lose the weight, you'll need to keep exercising and eating right to keep from gaining it back and then some. You can do it! Good luck!

Weight watchers! You are EXACTLY where I was! If you can't afford 10 a week, then exercise 30 minutes 3 times a wweek, and eat 1300 calories a day. It will come off quick at first and get more difficult as it goes. I am 5'3" and weighed 180 and not am 149!!

Go for an hours and a half jog every morning,increase your intake of fruit and vegetables,drink lots of water and try to cut out bad things such as a sugar.It should be more a lifestyle change rather than a short term thing.You will see results slowly the more you lose slowly and healthily the slowler time it wil take to putit on if ever,good luck xxx
