So, I haven't worn my retainer in the past couple of months. At the beginning of december I had all four of my wisdowm teeth cut out, tonight is the first time I've tried wearing my retainers. The still fit but are a little tight and of course..hurt for the first 15 minutes or so. My question…How long will I have to wear them before they dont hurt so bad anymore? Is there anything I can do to make my teeth hurt less in the morning when I take them off?
I had braces taken off….almost 3 or 4 years ago, I cant remember exactly.
Answer:
it will take a couple days or so if it keeps hurting just take an ibuprofen or two every 8 hours or so
