Do crest whitening strips work well?

I was only able to use about half of a 14 day box. It leaves a film on your teeth similar to vaseline and felt so gross. Since i started using them, my gumline was receding on my bottom teeth. My bottom teeth were so sensitive I couldn't sleep, they hurt so bad. I don't really recommend them. I saw a little bit of a difference but I don't think it's worth the pain from the sensitivity

they do whiten your teeth, but they end up taking off enamel, so your teeth become more sensitive to hot and cold.

I use a .59 bottle of peroxide. I put it into the shower, and everyday when I first get in I fill the cap with peroxide and swish the whole time while I am in the shower. Not only does it whiten, but help reduce bacteria.

they do work, i use them but while you have them in you cant really do go anywhere or speak which kinda sucks.
