I've recently started taking 2grams of Vitamin C supplements everyday. Will I see a result with my teeth and gums soon? If so what can I expect? Also does Vitamin C help with gum disease?

Answer:
Vitamin C has no effect on teeth but is good for the gums. Taking vitamin C supplements (2 grams is a good dosage, btw) helps healing, prevents black and blue marks from bruising, and bolsters body resistance. As a non professional, I don't know if you will be able to see the difference in your gums from taking vitamin C. It's not like looking at the difference between natural teeth and bleached teeth where the differences are like night and day. The changes may be too subtle for the non dental professional to pick up.

Answer:
Vitamin C is good for your teeth and gums, your teeth and gums will feel much superior if there’s pain and will also look better. Yes vitamin c helps gum disease, but if you have gum disease you should use vitamin e too.

Answer:
Yes, it is really good for your teeth and gums, however, I doubt you need to take supplements for it. It's one of the easiest vitamins to come purchase in food. A glass of orange juice or a cup of broccoli will give you your daily required amount.
